Rehearsal dinners

The night before the big day. A long table, the people who made you, and the toasts that are too personal for tomorrow.

Dinners for 20 to 200 · Weekday dates up to 30% off

The calm before the celebration

Tomorrow is for everyone. Tonight is for your closest people.

Thank your wedding party, welcome guests who travelled in, and let the families get to know each other over a relaxed dinner. If your wedding is at Everest too, your rehearsal and dinner happen in the same place, with the same team, so tomorrow already feels familiar.

Three ways to do the night before

Choose the feel that suits your families, or mix them together.

Family dinner

One long table

Family-style platters, toasts and stories, with just the wedding party and both families.

Welcome party

Everyone who travelled

A relaxed evening for out-of-town guests, with food stations and a bar.

Cultural night

Sangeet or mehndi

Turn the night before into its own celebration, with music, dance and colour.

Comfort food and good wine

Nothing fussy. Just a generous dinner that feels like family.

Rehearsal dinner questions

Can we rehearse the ceremony here too?

If your wedding is with us, ask about a rehearsal time in the space when you book. It makes the next day feel easy.

Our wedding is somewhere else. Can we still book a rehearsal dinner?

Of course. Plenty of couples host their rehearsal dinner or welcome party here and marry elsewhere.

How many guests is typical?

Usually 20 to 80 for a family dinner, and more for a welcome party. We set the room to fit.
