These terms apply to your use of this website, run by Everest Convention Centre (“Everest”, “we”, “us”), 250 National Rd, Chatham, Ontario N7M 5J5. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information on this site

We work to keep everything on this site accurate and current, but it is general information, not an offer or a contract. Capacities, menus, services, availability and any promotions can change and depend on your date and event, and The Gurkha Lounge menu and prices may change without notice. Everything about your event is confirmed with our team and set out in your written agreement. If anything on this site differs from your written agreement, your agreement applies.

Photographs and illustrations

Images on this site show the hall and the kinds of events we host. Some are illustrative and show how the hall can be set, decorated and lit, so décor, florals, lighting, layouts and furnishings will vary from event to event and are agreed for your event in writing. Come for a private tour to see the hall in person.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry form does not reserve a date or create a booking. A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you in writing, under its own terms, which we go through with you in person.

Using the site

Please use this site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site, send spam or false enquiries through our forms, or copy the site’s content in bulk, including with automated tools.

Our content

The text, design, logos, photographs and other content on this site belong to Everest Convention Centre or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and view or print pages for your own planning, but please do not reuse our content commercially without our written permission.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, such as Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, hotels and other local businesses. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

We provide this website “as is” and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.
