Winter weddings
Candlelight, evergreen and snow falling outside. The season everyone forgets is the one your guests will never forget.
November to March · Our best rates of the year
Why winter is the secret season
Ask anyone who married in winter. The room glowed, the guests were all in town, the photos had snow in them and the budget went further.
Spring and summer Saturdays book out a year or more ahead, at peak prices. Winter is when the best dates are still open, the rates are at their lowest, and the whole room feels like a warm embrace against the cold outside. It is our favourite season to host, and it shows.

Six reasons couples choose winter
Every one of these is a reason we think winter is the smartest wedding season of all.
Our best rates of the year
The same hall, chefs and team as June, for less. Put the difference into the honeymoon.
The date you actually want
Saturdays that disappear a year ahead in summer are often still open in winter.
Guests are in town
No cottage weekends, no summer vacations, no competing with three other weddings that month.
Candlelight and evergreen
Dark evenings make every candle, string light and chandelier look twice as beautiful.
Snow you can’t book in June
Step outside for ten minutes of snowy portraits, then back into the warmth.
Weather-proof by design
Ceremony, dinner and dancing all under one warm roof. No tents, no rain plan, no stress.
Summer versus winter
Same hall. Same team. A very different experience planning it.

Winter wedding questions
Is a winter wedding really cheaper?
Yes. November to March is our quiet season, so it is when we offer our best rates of the year, and weekday winter dates save even more. Ask about your date for exact numbers.
What if it snows on the day?
Then you get the prettiest photos of the year. Your ceremony, dinner and dancing all happen under one warm roof, so the weather never decides your day.
Can we still take outdoor photos?
Absolutely. Most couples step out for ten or fifteen minutes of snowy portraits, then come straight back in to warm up.
Can you do holiday décor?
Yes. Evergreen, candles, twinkle lights, velvet and gold. We design the room around the season and your colours.
Do you host New Year’s Eve weddings?
We love them. Ceremony, dinner, a dance floor and a countdown to midnight with everyone you love. These dates are popular, so ask early.
